Key Components:

Cleaning and Tidying:

• Support with general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces.

Laundry and Ironing:

• Assistance with washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
• Support in organizing and managing laundry-related activities.

Meal Preparation:

• Support with planning and preparing meals.
• Support in creating shopping lists, navigating the store, and managing purchases.

Home Maintenance:

• Support with light household maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or replacing batteries.
• Coordination of more complex maintenance activities, if required.

Waste Management:

• Assistance in sorting and disposing of household waste.
